I moved to Kauai in 1981 after a career in Urban Renewal and Historic Restoration in Lynchburg, Virginia. I came to Kauai with my two daughters and worked for the Pacific Missile Range Facility as a Contract Administrator for the constructions of the airplane hangars and radar sites at Barking Sands before realizing how much I missed working in the housing market.
I eventually returned back to the real estate market in 1988 and never looked back...
